DN Colleges Group is seeking a dynamic Vocational Clinical Educator to bridge the gap between education and clinical practice. This unique role offers the opportunity to shape the future workforce by delivering high-quality education at Doncaster College and supporting clinical training across Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals (DBTH).
As a Vocational Clinical Educator, you will:
- Deliver and assess clinical and vocational training across further and higher education programmes.
- Support learners in both academic and clinical settings, including apprenticeships and the Care Certificate.
- Collaborate with NHS and education teams to ensure a consistent, learner-centred approach to development.
- Play a key role in curriculum development and quality assurance.
Essential Criteria
- Registered healthcare professional.
- Degree (or working towards) in a relevant subject.
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 in English and Maths (or equivalent).
- Significant post-registration clinical experience.
- Experience in delivering education and training in healthcare settings.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
