What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Experience working as an electrician
- 18th Edition certification (desirable)
- Maths & English GCSEs (C/Level 4 and above)
- Up-to-date industry knowledge and links with the sector
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning and working environment
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning to engineering students
- Implementing new technologies into programmes of study
- Building relationships within the group and with industry partners to enhance teaching and promote progression into industry
- Integrating functional skills into lessons
- Managing student behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
