Are you highly organised, detail‑driven and confident managing multiple priorities? We’re looking for a Projects and Contracts Coordinator to join our busy Projects and Contracts team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the setup, management and monitoring of a wide range of projects, partnerships and subcontracted provision across the College. In this varied and rewarding role, you will support colleagues, external partners and funding bodies to ensure projects run smoothly, meet agreed targets and comply with all required processes. You’ll also contribute to the coordination and completion of bids and tenders, helping the College secure new opportunities and funding. Key Responsibilities- Support the setup, coordination and monitoring of projects, subcontracted provision and contract performance against agreed targets.
- Carry out due diligence checks and maintain accurate records, monitoring documents and financial trackers.
- Assist with sourcing, writing and coordinating bids and tenders for new and ongoing projects.
- Prepare and submit project reports, claims and evidence to internal and external stakeholders, meeting all deadlines.
- Liaise with partners, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely communication, smooth project delivery and effective problem‑solving.
- Organise tender processes, maintain frameworks/DPS compliance and coordinate payments, purchase orders and invoicing.
- Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes and follow up actions for relevant meetings.
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, proactively managing team inboxes and enquiries.
- Previous experience working in an office environment with strong administrative skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and track information.
- Experience in project or contract coordination, or evidence of transferable skills in a similar area.
