DN Colleges Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Education Lecturer in Counselling to join our dynamic team at UCNL and UCD. You will be delivering undergraduate and postgraduate programmes validated by the University of Hull, supporting students academically and contributing to the development of innovative teaching practices.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging teaching sessions across undergraduate and postgraduate counselling programmes
- Provide academic support and act as Academic Advocate for students
- Participate in curriculum planning, programme development, and quality assurance processes
- Contribute to promotional activities and student engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including universities, exam boards, and professional organisations
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy
- Extensive experience in the field of counselling
- Strong commitment to quality assurance and enhancement
- Excellent organisation, analytical and communication skills
- Degree in a relevant subject area
Benefits
- Actual Salary: £13,727.32 - £17,375.50 per annum
- Working Pattern: 15 hours per week (Wednesday and Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm)
