We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our Curriculum Support team as Curriculum Support Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our curriculum areas and delivering a professional, customer-focused service to students and staff.
As a Curriculum Support Administrator, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate student records, supporting admissions and timetabling, and assisting with exams and assessments. You will work closely with curriculum teams to deliver efficient processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Criteria- Level 2 qualification or higher in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
- Experience in an administrative or data-related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Provide administrative support across curriculum areas, including admissions, timetabling, and student support
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure data quality
- Assist with exams and assessments, including booking and invigilation
- Process DBS checks, purchase orders, and meeting minutes
- Support internal and external audits and contribute to process improvements
