You\'ll be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, developing curriculum content, and supporting learners across a range of construction-related courses. Essential Criteria
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A HNC/HND or degree in Construction Management or equivalent industry experience
- Demonstratable industry experience
- Experience in a lecturing or training role within FE or HE
- Knowledge of innovative teaching methods and internal quality processes
- Strong ICT skills and the ability to use digital tools in teaching
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and assess a range of construction and built environment courses
- Develop curriculum materials and contribute to subject area development
