We are a law firm specializing in indirect investments in private markets and our mission is to partner with our clients and deliver seamless, efficient transactions. We take a fresh, client-centric approach to legal transactional support; our team is composed of lawyers and dedicated transaction closers and the role we take also includes tasks typically handled by internal counsel. In the last year, we have closed 100+ transactions across GP-led transactions as well as single line and portfolio LP transactions representing a variety of dedicated secondaries funds, institutional asset managers and family offices.

We are looking for a person with experience working with private markets funds to join us as as Associate or Counsel. We offer a fully remote role with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
About the Role
Your primary responsibility will support on private equity fund reviews, secondary transactions and fund formation / fund operations projects.
Who we are looking for
- MUST HAVE REQUIREMENT: Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales or U.S.
- MUST HAVE REQUIREMENT: At least 3 years\' prior experience of working with private markets funds, either at a law firm or an asset manager
- Be highly motivated to deliver high quality work;
- Used to working in a high-pace environment;
- Comfortable with working remotely; and
- Willingness to travel to London twice per year
