DMW Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Permanent Offshore FMC Supervisor in the Denmark region to join the team ASAP. Day rate is inclusive of holiday pay and 8% pension. 3/3 rotation. Salary is paid in DKK.

We’re seeking an experienced Offshore Fabric Maintenance Supervisor with a strong mechanical background to oversee fabric maintenance and minor mechanical modifications/repairs across offshore assets in the Danish sector of the North Sea. The successful candidate will lead offshore teams carrying out piping repairs/replacement, handrail and grating modifications, painting, blasting, scaffolding, insulation, rigging, corrosion protection, and general maintenance activities while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with Danish offshore regulations and project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise offshore fabric maintenance and mechanical teams
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and minor modifications
  • Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety briefings
  • Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and offshore regulations
  • Manage offshore logistics, certifications, and equipment
  • Liaise with offshore management, engineers, contractors, and operations teams
  • Deliver work scopes safely, on time, and to specification

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ offshore supervisory/foreman experience
  • Mechanical trade qualification/apprenticeship essential
  • Strong offshore fabric maintenance and mechanical experience
  • Experience within Danish sector regulations or similar offshore environments
  • Familiarity with SAP/Unisol advantageous

  • BOSIET / FOET
  • CA-EBS
  • H2S
  • OGUK/OEUK Medical
  • Permit to Work
  • Rigging & Lifting Awareness
  • Mechanical Completion, Commissioning & Handover
  • Mechanical/Electrical Isolation preferred
