DMW Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our engineering client, for a Service Administrator to join their friendly, hard working team, due to expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude and be able to support other departments within the company in this varied role.
- Working hours are Mon-Fri 8-4:30pm
- 100% office based - Middlesbrough
- Salary negotiable depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative support including document creation, email correspondence, and data entry using Microsoft Office.
- Job logging, file management, and customer/supplier communication.
- Invoicing and purchase order processing using QuickBooks.
- Order tracking, expediting, and maintaining accurate records.
- Typing QA reports and managing training schedules and records.
- Updating asset and supplier lists, including certification and insurance documentation.
- Organising meetings, events, travel, and accommodation.
- Answering phones, managing confidential information, and maintaining office supplies (e.g. stationery, PPE).
- Setting up new customer and supplier accounts.
- Supporting engineers with quotations and bids.
