We’re growing at DMT Facilities Limited, and we’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Mobile Engineer with a strong plumbing background to join our team. This is a hands-on role covering planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites in London and the South East. You’ll be trusted to diagnose issues properly, carry out compliant works, and be a key part of our day-to-day service delivery.
We’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Mobile Engineer with a strong plumbing background to join the DMT Facilities team and grow with us. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in doing a job properly, and values good communication and teamwork. You’ll be trusted to look after planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites in London and the South East, with plumbing as your main focus alongside wider mechanical, basic electrical and building fabric works. You’ll also carry out key compliance tasks such as Legionella monitoring and TMV servicing, keeping clear digital records along the way. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a supportive, friendly team where people are valued, trusted, and backed to do their best work.
Qualifications
- Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in commercial building services / facilities management
- Comfortable with compliance tasks (L8, TMVs, water temps)
- Good communicator who takes pride in doing things properly
