We are looking for an experienced, client-focused Data Analyst with a strong analytical background and excellent client-facing communication skills. In this role, you will work closely with major film studios to deliver comprehensive data insights that inform strategic decision-making. While social media data will be a key focus, the ideal candidate will have the ability to integrate and analyse data from multiple sources to provide a holistic view of performance. The Role
- Client Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, consulting with them regularly to understand their business objectives, address queries, and deliver insights that align with their goals.
- Data Integration and Analysis: Collect, process, and analyse data from various sources, with a primary focus on social media data, while incorporating other relevant datasets to provide a comprehensive view of performance.
- Strategic Reporting: Develop and deliver advanced performance measurement frameworks, custom reporting templates, and data visualisations that translate complex data into actionable insights for clients.

Requirements
- Experience in social media data analytics, preferably with an agency background and a focus on the entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of presenting, pitching, and building relationships with clients, ideally within the film or entertainment sector.
- Advanced knowledge of social media listening tools (e.g., Quid, Brandwatch, Meltwater) and third-party data integration via APIs.
- Expertise in developing KPI measurement frameworks for organic social media campaigns.
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and advanced visualisations integrated into PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong ability to interpret social media data, create actionable insights, and align reporting with client strategies.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with a sharp focus on accuracy and detail.
- Comfortable switching between regular and ad hoc analytics projects, managing tight deadlines.
- An interest in movies and the film industry is highly desirable.
