The Role:
This role will have an overview of the work being produced on a day to day basis, ensuring we are working smartly by maximising capacity and skillsets, and working closely with Client Services and Operations to deliver for our global clients. Your role and responsibilities will vary according to the needs of the business, but will include:
- General: Own the day-to-day production delivery of localisation work, ensuring smooth workflows, timely delivery and a high level of quality is maintained across all of our departments and work. Manage all the resource across the Localisation Operations teams across all shifts and geographies. Regular communication between the Client Services and Localisation teams to understand and manage priorities, delivery deadlines and team capacity. Ensure DMS internal production workflows and policies are kept up to date, and staff adhere to them, including security procedures. Oversee recruitment, training and onboarding of new staff. Lead on new business production workflows to ensure we successfully onboard new client/territory. Optimise hardware/software used in production, working with the Head of IT and Director of Operations.
- Efficiencies: Manage resource and capacity to ensure Localisation Operations are run efficiently and effectively. Ensure team leads are training and cross training teams to enable us to deliver, with training carried out to a high standard. Identify, evaluate and implement opportunities for new procedures, workflows, technology and training.
- Management/Reporting: Line management of the team leaders across Localisation Operations. Report to Director of Operations/Managing Director. Resource and Capacity Reporting, including budget responsibility.

More than 5 years' industry related experience. Experience working with online and broadcast video formats. Excellent organisational skills, a problem solver and strong attention to detail. Good communication, both verbal and written. Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with multiple stakeholders. Willingness to go the extra mile.
