The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

While the role may look or feel like a standard reception and facilities supporting position, at DMS this is one of the most important roles in the business. The Front of House team are front and centre in making life at DMS everything we pride ourselves on, from a warm welcome every time someone enters the building to ensuring the office is a professional, open and inclusive environment where people enjoy and thrive in their work. The role is key to making sure our people are happy and looked after; it is core to our culture and business and you will be at the centre of making sure we deliver for our people and our clients.

The role will cover a very broad range of reception and facilities work that will include:

  • Reception Duties – covering all required reception duties
  • Warmly welcoming important clients in person and over the phone
  • Ordering of office supplies and distributing deliveries (this will include daily shopping deliveries into kitchens and ensuring supplies in kitchens and toilets are maintained throughout the day)
  • Building Maintenance – welcoming and coordinating maintenance schedules, visitors etc.
  • Some basic building maintenance such as changing light bulbs will be part of the role
  • Visitor Access - Ensuring proper sign-in and sign-out procedures for guests using SwipedOn cross-platform
  • Assist with Health and Safety – carrying out assessments and aiding with administration
  • Preparing meeting rooms, including board meetings and training sessions
  • Assisting with front-of-house events like Friday drinks and Munch of the Month
  • Binding and preparing materials for board meetings
  • Opening up the building each morning if required and preparing kitchens/bathrooms for the day ahead
  • Closing down the Front of House operations each evening
  • Keeping the Intranet updated
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding paperwork, including scheduling TPN training
  • Maintaining records of DMS Academy Scheme graduates
  • Ensure offices (including kitchens and toilets) are maintained to a clean and satisfactory level ensuring all staff have a pleasant and enjoyable working environment
  • Supporting the Office Manager and other staff members with ad hoc requests

This full-time role requires availability from 09:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, in our office.
