Responsibilities
- Carrying out general property repairs and maintenance
- Basic plumbing, painting, decorating, and electrical work

- Working independently and managing time effectively
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in property maintenance or a similar role
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools and transport preferred but not essential
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
