Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency and scheduled call-outs for blocked drains, toilets, sinks, and sewer systems.
- Inspect drainage systems to identify the cause and location of blockages.
- Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment and other specialist tools.
- Conduct CCTV drain surveys and interpret findings.
- Carry out minor drainage repairs and maintenance work.
- Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures and regulations.
- Prepare service reports and document completed work.
- Advise customers on preventative maintenance and drainage care.
- Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working order.
- Participate in an on-call rota where required.
