You'll have supervised and developed junior staff, including recruitment, induction and performance management, and you'll bring commercial awareness and a client-focused approach to advising on strategy, risk and costs. Confidence with routine advocacy, experience within an ABS or group structure, and an appetite for new systems and continuous improvement would all be a real plus.
