We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Vehicle Prepper and Polisher to join our growing team.
Role Overview: As a Vehicle Prepper and Polisher, you will play a key role in ensuring that all vehicles are fully prepared, polished, and ready for delivery or display. You will work with a range of vehicles, from brand-new to pre-owned, ensuring they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Polishing vehicles to achieve a flawless finish.
- Performing minor cosmetic repairs such as touching up paintwork, removing scratches, and restoring trim.
- Operating cleaning, polishing, and buffing equipment safely and effectively.
- Prepping vehicles for our spray booth.
- Conducting quality checks on completed work to ensure high standards.
- Collaborating with other team members to meet deadlines and maintain a smooth workflow.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven 3 year experience in vehicle preparation, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of polishing techniques and detailing products.
- Ability to prep vehicles for painting.
