If you are looking for an NQ role at a supportive City firm with top quality work and excellent depth and breadth of experience, this structured finance role is perfectly suited to you.
The team advise a broad range of funders and borrowers, acting for all the UK clearing banks and a range of European and investment banks, funds and financiers. On the borrower side they act for those from listed companies through to small enterprises. The practice is broad and extremely varied.
This opportunity will offer the successful candidate access to the full suite of structured finance matters, working across the length and breadth of the team. There will be the opportunity to work on some of the country’s most complex and high value finance transactions.
Their fantastic culture is derived from the approachability of the partners, focus on ensuring workloads are balanced across team and the clear appraisals and feedback the team offer through their structured learning and development programme. It is rare to find such a balanced team that can offer both work quality and team culture.
You will not only have the opportunity to provide support to partners and senior members of the team on complex transactions but will be actively encouraged to begin taking autonomy for your own processes.
