Are you a Mid-Level Real Estate disputes associate looking to take your career to the next level at a firm with a fantastic entrepreneurial spirit, genuine scope for progression, and some of the highest quality clients in the sector?

An opportunity has arisen within an established national practice for a talented property disputes solicitor to join a first-rate boutique practice covering commercial and residential properties. The team is run by individuals with a litany of directory recommendations and rankings for their work on high profile disputes cases, and for their contributions to leading publications.

This role will best suit an associate with a solid technical background who is also strongly commercially minded, as the role will include the opportunity to undertake significant business development. The team is regularly instructed by some of the largest names in the real-estate, retail, construction, and development sectors.

The successful applicant will have a solid grounding in real estate disputes matters. The team covers a wide scope of property and real estate disputes including land registry disputes, rights of first refusal, enfranchisements, restrictive covenants, and development and contractual disputes across residential and commercial properties.
