DMJ is excited to be partnering with a growing claims management company to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to help accelerate the growth of the team and the business. This is a permanent role with remote working. This is a Wills & Probate focussed role, where you are able to manage appropriate caseload types and complexities. You will lead a team of three, working as a highly driven professional committed to strengthening the legal department and contributing to the company's growth.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have extensive experience working on Wills & Probate work
- Possess 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Be a committed team player and adapt well to new challenges
- Ideally have supervisory experience and work to key performance indicators
