This global company’s mission is to protect and enhance the lives of people everywhere! As the Commercial Counsel you will report in to the General Counsel as part of a team of 4 supported by an NQ.
Responsibilities:
- Have 3-5 years PQE.
- Have an understanding of commercial contracts.
- Possess the confidence to independently handle contract negotiation and drafting.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills and drive.
- Be able to commute to the head office in Sussex 1 day a week.
