A prestigious listed firm is currently in search of an interim part-time Share Plans Manager to join their team until the end of June 2025 with the potential of extension. This interim position provides the ideal platform for a professional looking to leverage their expertise in share plans while enjoying the flexibility of a 3 days a week role, with twice a month attendance at the office. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing and administering the company’s share plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing strategic advice to senior management. • Support the Group Head of Secretariat with strategy and efficiencies within the company’s share plan administration • Share plan administration (all employee and discretionary share plans) and point of contact for share plan related queries. • Working collaboratively with key internal partners in Finance and Tax, Payroll, Communications and Legal to ensure internal requirements are defined and delivered • Administration of long-term incentive plans for senior executives in liaison with HR and ensuring they meet and maintain their shareholding requirements • Administration of grants and exercises for the Sharesave scheme in conjunction with our registrars This role is perfect for a professional who values flexibility and seeks to contribute their expertise to a leading financial services firm.
