We have been instructed by a Listed Financial Services Organisation looking to onboard an Interim Corporate Governance Professional for a 12 month contract starting before the end of July. This role will sit across a broad remit of work and will offer great exposure to board governance work, including having your own committee, plc governance work and other core Company Secretarial work.
They're ideally looking for a candidate with experience within a UK regulated Financial Services firm. Listed experience is desirable but not essential.
