We are seeking a Travel Writer whose duties will include:
- Pitching, writing, producing, and curating engaging travel content of interest to our US audience
- Covering trending destinations, viral travel moments, and breaking travel news
- Writing destination guides, hotel roundups, and service-led travel content
- Assisting with research, story building, and sourcing across travel features
- Delivering clean, engaging copy while working under tight deadlines
- Identifying emerging travel trends across social media and search
- Monitoring analytics and learning how to optimize stories for performance
We are looking for a journalist with:
- Passion for the Daily Mail brand, its editorial voice, and global audience
- 1–2 years of experience in journalism
- Ability to work under deadline pressure in a fast-paced newsroom
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in travel, lifestyle trends, and digital media

We offer a competitive salary package in the range of $70,000 - $80,000 depending on experience, excellent staff benefits (healthcare, optical, dental, 401K) and a generous PTO.
