We are launching a new challenger brand in the fast-growing functional Food & Beverage category, with retail and DTC rollout in the UK starting in March.
We're looking for a Producer / Videographer to lead the filming and day-to-day production of social-first video content for the brand - from quick-turnaround shoots to more planned, campaign-led content. You'll work closely with the Content Creators and Brand Creative Lead to turn ideas into high-quality, platform-native video that feels authentic, energetic and built for social.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves:
- being in the field,
- capturing great footage quickly, and
- shaping content that performs on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Production & Filming
- Film short-form video content for social platforms (primarily vertical)
- Capture product, lifestyle, retail and event footage
- Support pop-ups, activations and on-location shoots
- Ensure high production quality while maintaining social-native feel
- Shoot Planning & Logistics
- Help plan shoot days, locations, equipment and schedules
- Prepare shot lists and creative briefs in collaboration with creative leads
- Adapt quickly to changing conditions and fast turnaround needs
- Post-Production & Delivery
- Edit content for social platforms (or prepare footage for editors where required)
- Ensure content is delivered quickly and in line with platform best practice
- Support versioning and formatting across platforms
- Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with creators and on-screen talent to capture authentic performances
- Contribute ideas on visuals, pacing and storytelling
- Help test new visual styles and production approaches
Who We’re Looking For

- Experienced filming social-first video content
- Comfortable shooting on mobile and professional cameras
- Confident working in small, agile teams
- Fast, flexible and calm under pressure
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
