Opportunity to take a key role in the marketing and operations of a challenger CPG brand in the Food & Beverage sector. The business will launch into the high-growth functional F&B UK market in March in both retail and DTC. We are seeking an individual with passion and enthusiasm for building an exciting consumer brand.
The role will suit an individual who can apply their experience to help define the company's strategy, grow the brand, manage the day-to-day marketing function and help co-ordinate operations. There is significant room to evolve in this role and learn and develop new skills from across the business. The individual will work closely with members of its shareholder base across media, marketing, finance and operations and help to build the future team as the company scales.
The business has been incubated, and is being supported by, two strategic partners that have significant experience across media and consumer product development & distribution.
Key Responsibilities- Hands on day-to-day management of the marketing function of the business across all channels
- Help build the brand story, mission, visual world, tone and go-to-market strategy of the company
- Co-ordinate day-to-day areas of the business and liaise with key stakeholders in operations, marketing, sales and performance
- Help to build a scalable organisation structure and coordinate responsibility of functions across all areas of the business
- Help co-ordinate the operational budget and track KPIs and financial performance
- Report updates to the Board of Directors
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a challenger/start-up UK F&B consumer business
- Able to manage and co-ordinate the day-to-day the marketing function
- Has a strong understanding of all owned-marketing channels, especially social
- Comfortable handling diverse tasks and projects across the business
- Able to work and think independently and creatively
