About the Role

Opportunity to lead an exciting challenger CPG brand in the Food & Beverage sector. The business will launch into the high-growth functional F&B UK market next March in both retail and DTC. We are seeking an experienced operator to lead this business, define its strategy, and grow and develop the team as it scales. The business has been incubated, and is being supported by two strategic partners that have significant experience across media and consumer product development & distribution.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build the brand story, mission, visual world, tone and go-to-market strategy of the company
  • Oversee all day-to-day areas of the business from operations, marketing, sales and performance
  • Put in place a scalable organisation structure and coordinate responsibility of functions across all areas of the business
  • Attract and develop world-class talent
  • Drive day-to-day operations
  • Align resources to achieve key business goals
  • Own the operational budget and all financial performance
  • Report updates to the Board of Directors
  • Serve as the public champion for the business

Person Specification

  • 5-10 years of senior experience in scaling a high-growth CPG retail brand, preferably a company with venture funding
  • Prior working experience in the UK CPG retail market, ideally in Food and Beverage
  • P&L responsibilities at CEO or another senior level
  • Proven track record of building successful products and high-performing teams from the ground up
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Experience in managing a Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders
