  • Contribute to and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital products.
  • Confidently present design trade-offs to senior stakeholders, promoting compromise and clarity when delivery expectations shift.

Person Specification

You thrive in a fast-paced environment where the brief is sometimes ambiguous but the goal is always clear: delivering world-class digital experiences.

  • 5+ years in Product Design, with at least 2 years at a senior level. Experience in editorial, publishing, or news-led environments is a significant plus.
  • You have a portfolio that showcases complex problem-solving, a clean aesthetic, and a deep commitment to accessibility and usability.
  • Confident facilitating UX and design thinking workshops for key stakeholders across the business.
