Main Responsibilities
- As Project Manager you will have full accountability for the end-to-end delivery of creative campaigns across all of our platforms (print, digital, video and activations), with responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Sales & pitching: Working with the sales team to deliver solutions for how to most effectively implement a creative idea.
- Campaign preparation: Agreeing campaign timelines with the client & internal stakeholders and effectively managing this throughout. Agreeing KPIs and aligning on measurement methods.
- Proposal of budget and management throughout.
- Managing shoots, production, events, activations & contracting with talent.
- Overseeing marketing of campaigns (e.g. press releases).
- Technical testing.
- Campaign implementation: Including but not limited to: digital tagging & tracking, editorial co-ordination, client sign-off, 3rd party partners / media owner co-ordination.
- Executing & contracting with relevant 3rd parties to execute events / experiences.
- Reporting & optimisation: Analysing & assessing campaign performance throughout to optimise both print & digital against campaign KPIs. Working closely with the insight team to report the campaign results to relevant internal and external stakeholders in an engaging and insightful way, and in a timely manner. Identifying new ways to engage with a client and others as a result of the campaign.
Person Specification
- 2 -3 years’ experience in commercial project management.
- Able to demonstrate a proven track record in implementing both digital and print campaigns.
- Detail-oriented.
- A pragmatist who can creatively overcome roadblocks as and when they arise.
- An analytical thinker to identify where a campaign is performing well and how it could be optimised.
- A natural influencer of people who can coordinate with people in multiple teams across our business and externally.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to think strategically about a client’s business objectives.
- A can-do person who challenges the status quo on a daily basis.
- Able to be client-facing with the ability to identify and grow client relationships.
