About the Role

Are you a senior sales leader who can bridge the gap between high-level commercial strategy and ground-level execution? As an Agency Growth Partner, you will be a pivotal force within our Agency Hub. This isn’t just about maintaining accounts; it’s about architecting the future of our business. You will balance consistent, elite sales performance with the vision to develop new products, leverage cutting-edge data, and mentor the next generation of sales talent. If you thrive on scaling revenue across digital, print, and data platforms, we want to talk to you.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive the hub’s sales pipeline, ensuring both personal and team targets are met through consistent delivery and the identification of new commercial opportunities.
  • Identify market gaps to create and develop new products that meet evolving hub demands.
  • Negotiate with trading leads to secure incremental revenue and upsell integrated solutions.
  • Review and elevate pitch responses, data strategies, and Post-Campaign Analyses (PCAs) to ensure industry-leading quality.
  • Partner with Category, Planning, and Ops teams to increase brand count and optimize campaign performance.
  • Actively develop Agency Partners and Sales Executives, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.

Person Specification

  • Extensive experience in consumer digital/data experience in media.

  • Possess high digital fluency, with a deep comfort in ad tech, first-party data, and social platforms. You can explain a programmatic bid strategy as clearly as a print creative concept.
  • Demonstrate a restless appetite to learn. You analyse market trends to predict which advertisers will be the "big spenders" of tomorrow.
  • You thrive in high-stakes environments, remaining focused and calm when working toward ambitious quarterly growth targets and major business initiatives.
