About the Role:
- Position: Computer Science Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach engaging Computer Science lessons across Key Stages 3 & 4
- Prepare, deliver, and assess work in line with national curriculum standards
- Support students' progress and encourage interest in coding and technology
- Contribute to the continued development of the Computer Science department and wider school community
- Participate in extra-curricular activities, such as coding clubs and competitions
Person Specification:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Degree in Computer Science or a related subject
- Experience teaching Computer Science at secondary level
- Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of current curriculum
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
