Overview
Travel Partnerships Account Manager at DMG Delta. This role focuses on cross-platform revenue growth, with emphasis on digital growth and delivering integrated partnership solutions. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, agencies, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of innovative media campaigns. Location: Mail Metro Media HQ – High Street Kensington, London, W8. Employment type: Permanent.
Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities while recovering lost accounts
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, leveraging cross-platform opportunities including digital, print, and partnerships
- Monitor client and agency performance, proactively addressing underperformance and identifying upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting using Salesforce and internal tools
- Lead and contribute to partnership pitches, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling, integrated campaigns and maximise revenue opportunities
- Use first-party insights, audience data, and market intelligence to craft innovative media solutions
- Support the development of bespoke content and branded solutions that resonate with target audiences
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across senior and junior levels within agencies and clients
- Act as a trusted advisor and category expert, attending industry and client events to build rapport and unlock revenue
- Ensure seamless campaign delivery through effective coordination with operations and project management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in media sales or partnerships
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Experience developing multi-platform media solutions including branded content and digital activations
- Deep understanding of print and digital media, and the competitor landscape
- Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities across internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with creative flair and attention to detail
- Passion for media, travel, and delivering impactful client solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of structuring cross platform media plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
