DMG Delta is a well established and rapidly growing organisation, dedicated to service and maintenance of domestic and commercial heating/gas appliances. They have a prestigious variety of contracts covering London and the Home Counties. An opportunity has now arisen for a Mobile Service Engineer to join the team.

Joining an established team, in this role you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, fault finding and repairs on domestic and commercial heating, gas and oil appliances. For the right person, the company offers ample scope for long term career progression.

Working with a diverse range of prestigious clients, your role will involve travelling to client sites predominantly throughout Central London and within the M25 – we also have a few Essex based sites that you may be asked to attend. You will be dealing with all types of clients on a daily basis, so a high degree of customer facing skills will be required.

Your duties will include:
– Maintaining set standards in compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and other relevant legislation
– Ensuring all on-site quality assurance procedures are adhered to
– Assisting other trades (where required)
– Providing accurate reporting information for further repairs or installation

– Providing excellent customer service every step of the way
To be considered for this position you must have:
– Proven experience in a similar gas engineering role
– Commercial ACS qualifications
– Domestic ACS qualifications an advantage

– OFTEC oil and/or Commercial Catering qualifications would be preferred but are not essential.

As a Mobile Service Engineer you should also be an excellent communicator with the ability to fault find and diagnose on commercial gas and oil appliances. A great work ethic, the ability to work in a team, and a willingness to take on additional responsibility will also be required.
Any multi-skilled experience or knowledge of building services would be beneficial to your application.
