We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Childrens Support Workers to join a specialist residential home in Prestwich, supporting a young person under the age of 16. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a well-staffed, structured, and supportive environment, helping to provide stability and positive outcomes for a young person with complex needs.
The Role
You will be working within a 3:1 staffing ratio, alongside two permanent members of staff on every shift, ensuring a consistent and safe level of care at all times.
Shift patterns: 10am - 10pm (Day) / 10pm - 10am (Night)
The young person follows a structured daily routine, so consistency, patience, and the ability to build strong professional relationships are essential.
