Trusted by UK law firms, we offer expert services in Personal Injury, Industrial Disease, and Credit Hire Claims. Our services include accurate costs assessments, strategic arguments for Points of Dispute & Replies, and full representation for costs litigation. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Consultant Costs Draftsman (Legal Aid Specialist) located in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, with some work from home acceptable. The Consultant Costs Draftsman will be responsible for drafting detailed Bills of Costs, costs budgeting, preparing Points of Dispute and Replies, and handling Part 8 Proceedings and Detailed Assessments. Additional tasks include N260 Statements of Costs preparation, negotiating settlements, and providing full litigation support for cost recovery.
