One of the world’s fastest-growing AI startups is looking for a Senior Video Editor to join its fully remote team. With over 36mn+ unique users, they’re looking for exceptional creative talent to help drive user growth through high-performing video content. This role sits at the intersection of video editing, performance marketing, and adult/NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content. You’ll create highly engaging, click-bait video ads designed to capture attention, drive sign-ups and engage audiences across social platforms and NSFW networks.

PLEASE NOTE: This role involves working with uncensored, explicit content. Only apply if you’re fully comfortable operating in the adult/NSFW space.

You will:

  • Create compelling, high-converting video ads for a mix of digital and adult platforms
  • Lead editing and post-production with a strong focus on pacing, storytelling, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with performance marketers and creatives to develop data-backed concepts and storyboards
  • Integrate AI tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) into your workflow to boost output and quality
  • Optimise content for multiple formats, ratios, and platform requirements
  • Monitor trends in short-form and adult content to ensure creative remains relevant, bold, and effective
  • Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and advertising policies while pushing creative limits

Must haves:

  • Proven experience creating high-performing, click-driven ads focused on sign-ups and conversion
  • Experience working in short-cycle performance iteration, using data to inform rapid creative improvements
  • Ability to produce high volumes of creative variants and run rapid hook testing
  • Strong understanding of platform-native direct response patterns, particularly for TikTok and Meta
  • Experience owning or contributing to creative performance loops, from concept through testing, iteration and optimisation
  • Solid understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPM, CR) and optimisation
  • Strong storytelling ability, with expertise in narrative structure, pacing, and sound/visual polish
  • Outstanding technical video editing skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, or similar
  • Comfortable working with explicit/NSFW visual content in a professional and ethical context
  • 4+ years’ experience editing performance marketing video ads, ideally including NSFW/adult content

  • Fluent English, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that inspire confidence
