One of the world’s fastest-growing AI startups is looking for a Senior Video Editor to join its fully remote team.
With 30mn+ users already and a second product aimed at revolutionising the creator economy, they’re scaling fast and looking for exceptional creative talent to help drive user acquisition through high-performing video content.
This role sits at the intersection of video editing, performance marketing, and adult/NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content.
You’ll be responsible for crafting emotionally resonant, conversion‑optimised videos designed to engage audiences across social platforms and NSFW networks.
Note: This role involves working with uncensored, explicit content. Please apply only if you’re fully comfortable operating in the adult/NSFW space.
You will:
- Create compelling, high‑converting video ads for a mix of digital and adult platforms
- Lead editing and post‑production with a strong focus on pacing, storytelling, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with performance marketers and creatives to develop data‑backed concepts and storyboards
- Integrate AI tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) into your workflow to boost output and quality
- Optimise content for multiple formats, ratios, and platform requirements
- Monitor trends in short‑form and adult content to ensure creative remains relevant, bold, and effective
- Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and advertising policies while pushing creative limits
You have:
- 4+ years of experience editing performance marketing videos — ideally including NSFW/adult content
- Strong eye for narrative structure, pacing, and motion/sound design
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
- MUST HAVE hands‑on experience with AI creative tools like Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, etc.
- Solid understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPM, CR)
- Comfortable working with explicit/NSFW visual content in a professional, ethical context
Soft Skills:
- Fluent English and excellent communication
- Self‑starter with strong ownership and a fast, iterative work style
