As a DMCG Global Partner, you are the founder of your own recruitment business, under the umbrella of a globally respected network.

You will be responsible for:

  • Running your desk as a true business owner
  • Winning clients and building your client base
  • Taking and managing your own job briefs
  • Sourcing candidates and delivering high-quality service end-to-end
  • Collaborating with other global Partners when opportunities arise

We provide the infrastructure and global reach, you provide the ambition, relationships, and drive to succeed.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 5 years of 360 recruitment experience
  • A proven track record in client and candidate management
  • A clear specialism and experience in one or more of our sectors, especially: Advertising, Marketing, Creative, Digital, Tech, Media, PR, Strategy
  • Confidence in business development and client acquisition
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
