Public Relations Account Director

Associates / Account Director / Senior Account Manager – Global & UK Healthcare, Aesthetics & Beauty PR/Communications

Location: Hybrid – Brighton (1–2 days per week)

Salary: Dependent on experience

Overview:

We’re looking for experienced PR and communications professionals to join an agency team delivering integrated healthcare, aesthetics, and beauty campaigns for a major brand.

There are three roles available – Associate, Account Director, and Senior Account Manager – offering opportunities to work across both global and UK-focused projects within a dynamic agency environment.

ROLE 1 & 2: GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS (x2 ROLES)

Role 1: Senior Account Manager / Account Director

Role 2: Associate Director / Director

Focus: Global healthcare, aesthetics, and wellness communications

What you’ll do:

• Lead multi-market projects across healthcare, aesthetics, and wellness portfolios
• Manage toolkits, budgets, timelines, and campaign rollouts
• Collaborate with international teams and local market leads
• Ensure excellence and consistency across global deliverables
• Work closely with medical/legal teams (Veeva experience a plus)

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in global or large agencies such as Syneos Health, Virgo, FH, Grayling, Ogilvy, Burson, or similar
• Strong understanding of global communications and project delivery
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-market programmes
• Experience within healthcare or aesthetics (highly beneficial)
• Previous exposure to regulated processes and Veeva preferred

ROLE 2: UK COMMUNICATIONS (x1 ROLE)

Level: Account Manager / Senior Account Manager / Account Director

Focus: UK beauty, wellness, and aesthetics communications

What you’ll do:

• Manage UK PR and influencer campaigns from concept to delivery
• Oversee briefs, budgets, timelines, and creative activations
• Lead influencer and media engagement
• Work through Veeva approval processes (experience a plus)
• Thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment

What we’re looking for

• Experience from a larger agency environment
• Strong understanding of the UK media and influencer landscape
• Background in beauty, wellness, or aesthetics communications
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented and confident managing multiple campaigns

Across All Roles

• Background in healthcare, pharma, beauty, or wellness communications
• Excellent client relationship management
• Strong budget, timeline, and project oversight
• Ability to lead and collaborate across multiple teams
• Familiarity with regulated medical approval systems (Veeva experience beneficial)
• Positive, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
