What you’ll do
- Own the internal tools roadmap and keep a clear, prioritised backlog
- Drive agile delivery — sprints, ceremonies, acceptance criteria
- Build a unified internal portal for engineering, delivery and ops
- Improve workflows and remove manual hand‑offs
- Define integrations to create smooth end‑to‑end flows
- Maintain coherence as the toolset grows — patterns, ownership, consistency
- Contribute to long‑term platform strategy for secure, privacy‑preserving physical AI
