Fully Remote (Europe) | High-growth SaaS / Product-led Tech. Candidates must be based in the EU or UK.

We're working with a fast-growing, product-led technology company that's building an in-house creative studio with a very different brief: operate like a high-performing agency, not a traditional internal team. They need a Marketing Design Manager to help scale the creative and operational engine behind the marketing function across campaigns, lifecycle, paid, CRM, social, product marketing and sales enablement. This is not a pure brand role. It is also not a “make it look nice” role. It sits at the intersection of marketing design, growth and lifecycle marketing, systems thinking and hands-on creative execution. The kind of role where you're as proud of the workflow you built as the campaign that ran through it.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading marketing creative across paid, CRM/lifecycle, social, campaigns and sales enablement, while ensuring output stays consistently strong at pace.
  • Building scalable workflows, templates and modular systems that improve how creative gets produced, adapted and iterated.
  • Working closely with growth and performance teams to evolve creative based on testing, engagement and campaign data.
  • Helping prioritise and allocate creative output across the wider marketing design function.
  • Mentoring designers while remaining highly hands-on yourself.
  • Improving how the internal team operates as the business scales internationally.

What they're looking for:

  • Someone who has genuinely operated inside a fast-moving startup or scale-up, not just visited one. You'll know what it feels like when systems do not exist yet and you have to build them while the work keeps coming.
  • Strong hands-on craft across lifecycle, CRM, paid, social and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Real experience collaborating with growth, demand gen or performance marketing teams, not just sitting adjacent to them.
  • Strong operational and systems thinking: workflows, templates, scalable design infrastructure and creative velocity.
  • Commercial awareness and comfort inside performance-led environments where creative decisions are tested and iterated constantly.
  • Ability to bring structure and raise the bar without needing heavy direction or coaching.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously across growth, lifecycle, systems and cross-functional marketing execution.
  • Experience mentoring, guiding or leading designers within high-output environments.

Ideal backgrounds:

  • You're probably currently operating as a: Marketing Design Lead, Growth Design Lead, Creative Lead, Brand Systems Lead, Marketing Design Manager inside a high-growth SaaS, fintech or product-led environment.

The strongest candidates will usually come from companies where speed, experimentation and cross-functional collaboration are not aspirational values, they are simply how the business operates day-to-day.

The setup:

  • Fully remote across Europe.
  • Small, highly collaborative international team.
  • High autonomy and real influence on how the function develops.
  • Competitive salary and package depending on experience.
