An award-winning, design-led experiential agency is looking for a Senior Production Manager to join their growing team.
You’ll lead the day-to-day production management of large-scale live, virtual and hybrid projects, working closely with internal teams, clients and suppliers to deliver exceptional work on time, on budget and to a high standard. This role suits a hands-on production leader with strong technical knowledge and international event experience. Travel (UK & international) is a key part of the role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing production from design through to delivery on complex projects
- Overseeing on-site build, delivery, set-up and de-rig
- Managing suppliers, budgets and production schedules
- Conducting site surveys and assessing production feasibility
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ agency experience, with at least 2 years in a senior production role
- Strong knowledge of event and installation production
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Comfortable working across IRL and virtual projects
- Ability to read CAD drawings (Vectorworks a bonus)
