The predicted salary is between 60000 - 75000 £ per year.
This role is partnership facing first and technical second. You will be the person in the room with major brand partners, explaining how the technology works, advising them on the right solution and holding your own with senior stakeholders on both the commercial and technical side. You will own the full cycle:
- Presales, where you advise partners on the right solution and build the pitch.
- Integration, where you manage the technical rollout, configure the setup, debug API calls and sign the work off.
- Post launch, where you run check ins, review performance and keep partners getting value from the product.
You will also be the feedback loop into the product team on what partners actually need.
About the company: Our client is a well-known technology business working with hundreds of major consumer brands. They are rebuilding their commercial proposition around verification and digital identity, and are moving into new sectors including subscriptions, social platforms, fashion, beauty and consumer tech. You will report into the commercial side and partner closely with the product function. The team is small and the role lands at a real turning point for the business, so there is genuine scope to shape how the product develops.
What you will be doing:
- Advising partners pre-sale on the right technical solution for their requirements.
- Building and delivering pitch decks and proposals to senior stakeholders.
- Owning integration end to end, from planning and configuration through to sign off.
- Providing hands on technical support during integration, including log analysis and API troubleshooting.
- Running post launch check ins covering usage, performance and open issues.
- Feeding partner insight back into the product roadmap.
- Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
What we need from you:
- Genuine presence and credibility in front of senior partners. This is the part that matters most.
- A consultative, client facing background, ideally with SaaS or platform products.
- Strong communication and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical people.
- Confident building and presenting pitch decks.
- Solid technical grounding in APIs and how they are designed and integrated, including REST, HTTPS and OAuth.
- Comfortable testing API calls in Postman or similar and working through application logs.
- Commercial mindset and a consultative approach.
- Comfortable working across product, commercial and technical teams.
Salary and benefits: Up to £85,000 plus bonus, holiday allowance that grows the longer you are there, plus bank holidays, private medical and dental cover, pension, enhanced family leave and a contribution towards your home setup.
Location and travel: Occasional travel to the US.
