Location: UK based, fully remote
Earnings: £100,000-£160,000+ OTE (uncapped, performance-based)
DMCG Global is seeking an experienced Technology recruitment specialist to build and scale a Tech desk within our Partner network. This opportunity is strictly for recruiters with a proven track record billing in Technology markets within a 360-agency environment. You will already recruit roles across Software, Product, Data, Engineering, AI, Cloud or Cyber, and have an established Technology client and candidate network.
This is a self-employed Partner model, where earnings are performance-based and directly linked to your billings. If you do not currently recruit Technology roles, this role will not be the right fit. It is your recruitment business, run properly. Technology is a strategic growth area for DMCG Global. While we already support Tech hiring through our wider network, this role is about bringing senior Technology recruitment expertise into the group and building momentum quickly.
DMCG provides the platform, infrastructure, back office, strategy and network to help you generate revenue without the overhead or isolation of going solo. It is not an in-house or single-client talent acquisition role.
This role is suited to a Technology recruiter who:
- Has 8+ years’ experience as a 360-recruiter specialising in Technology recruitment
- Has billed successfully in Technology markets within an agency environment
- Is used to managing multiple clients and live Tech briefs concurrently
- Has an established and portable Technology client and candidate network
- Is commercially driven and comfortable owning revenue performance end to end
You should be comfortable generating revenue from day one, bringing roles with you and leveraging DMCG’s network, tools and brand to accelerate growth.

- Software Engineering (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack)
- Product Management
- Data, Analytics, AI or Machine Learning

- Emerging or specialist Technology markets
You should be confident discussing Technology hiring challenges, market rates, role definitions and candidate expectations with clients at a senior level.
As a DMCG Global Technology Partner, you will:
- Run your Technology desk as a standalone business within the group
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across your Technology specialism
- Uncapped earning potential £100k–£160k+ OTE in year one, with earnings directly tied to billings
- A full recruitment tech stack, CRM, candidate database, recruitment productivity tools and sourcing technology
- Sales intelligence and data platforms to support account mapping, business development and targeted outreach
- Branding and content support, tools for desk-level branding, thought leadership and market visibility
