We’re looking for a brilliant Freelance Account Director with a strong integrated background gained within London creative agencies. You’ll be a confident project owner — great with clients, calm under pressure, and comfortable steering work from brief through to delivery across multiple channels. This is a chance to work on one of the agency’s biggest global TTL accounts, partnering with senior stakeholders and delivering genuinely high-profile work. There’ll also be opportunities to flex across other accounts as the business continues to grow.
The agency combines the energy and agility of an independent creative environment with the backing and resources of a wider network group. They’re looking for someone who can start ASAP but can possibly wait for the right person. While the role starts on a freelance contract, candidates should be open to a longer-term permanent move, with the initial contract viewed as a pathway into the business if it’s the right fit on both sides.
The role:
- Own integrated campaigns end-to-end
- Be the day-to-day client lead and internal lynchpin
- Shape briefs, guide creative teams and manage delivery
- Keep projects on track across timings, budgets and quality
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Proven AD experience within a London creative agency
- Hands-on TV production experience (essential)
- Strong integrated campaign background
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Confident communicator with a point of view on creative
- Comfortable working across fast-moving, high-profile accounts
- Open to transitioning into a permanent role longer term
- A passion for sport is a bonus, but not essential
The team has also recently won a significant new piece of business, with more details to come further down the line.
