DMCG Global is expanding its Marketing recruitment capability and is open to confidential conversations with experienced Marketing recruitment specialists interested in running their own recruitment business within our Partner network. This opportunity is designed for recruiters with a strong track record billing in Marketing within a 360-recruitment agency environment, who are exploring what running their own desk could look like with the backing of an established global platform.
You are likely already recruiting roles across Digital Marketing, Performance & Growth, Brand, CRM, Content, Social or Marketing Leadership, and have built trusted relationships with Marketing clients and candidates over time. This is a self-employed Partner model, where earnings are performance-based and directly linked to billings, offering significantly more upside and autonomy than a traditional agency role.

This role is suited to a Marketing recruiter who:
- Has 6+ years’ experience as a 360-recruiter specialising in Marketing recruitment
- Has billed successfully in Marketing within an agency environment
- Is used to managing multiple clients and live briefs concurrently
- Has an established Marketing client and candidate network
- Is commercially driven and comfortable owning revenue performance end to end
- Wants to run their desk as a business, with earnings directly linked to output

- Collaborate with other Partners on cross-discipline and international roles
