DMC Trailers is a trailer hire and rental company who specialise in spot rental and long-term contract hire, best known for refrigerated trailer solutions. However, we also operate a fleet of trailers including Curtainsiders, Flats, and Skeletals across the UK. As part of the Ballyvesey Holdings Group, and as an established firm, you won’t find better service with greater expertise anywhere else! Ballyvesey Holdings is the privately owned parent company of a wide range of trading subsidiaries. The group’s main activities are centered around transport and logistics, truck sales and aftersales support, trailer manufacturing and spare parts sales, transport industry services, construction equipment sales, and property rental and development.
This role is a mobile & customer facing but office attendance required few days per week, to work as part of the team alongside a depot manager to retain and grow a portfolio of business, and to win new customers within their market in the North of England
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure long-term rental and contract hire, of our trailer fleet.
- Set, agree, and deliver area sales objectives through target customer acquisition, individual negotiations, lead conversions, and ongoing performance review.
- Provide regular feedback and market intelligence on customer, competitor, and industry activity.
- Offer innovative ideas to promote the business within your area and beyond.
- Develop and execute action plans to achieve area revenue targets for contract sales.
- Update CRM systems to maintain accurate customer and sales data.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
