Job Description:

Join our team! Derry Imaging is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our Bedford and Concord offices. The successful candidate will float between both offices.

Must enjoy a fast-paced environment and be prepared to receive a competitive salary and great work environment!

While this is a full-time position, candidates seeking part-time employment are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients warmly and professionally, even under stress
  • Multitasking and prioritizing in a busy setting
  • Managing time effectively while demonstrating empathy towards patients
  • Maintaining organizational and interpersonal skills within a team
  • Communicating effectively and providing excellent customer service
  • Using computers, including Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Upholding confidentiality and professional conduct (HIPAA)

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a medical office preferred
  • Radiology scheduling experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes preferred
  • Proficient in computer applications with excellent typing skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates ethical and professional conduct, including confidentiality
