The Role:

This is a dual role that blends design and project management. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging wireframes and digital assets, while also coordinating with our in-house team and developers to ensure the smooth delivery of web and app projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design wireframes, UI layouts, and visual assets using Canva or Figma.
  • Collaborate with clients to interpret briefs and create user-friendly, on-brand design solutions.
  • Liaise with developers, ensuring accurate implementation of design across platforms.
  • Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and keep clients and internal teams aligned.
  • Review and sign off on completed work before launch, maintaining high quality standards.
  • Develop style guides and contribute to digital brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Juggle multiple digital projects with clarity, calm, and creativity.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years experience in a graphic or digital design role.
  • Hands-on experience managing websites and/or app builds.
  • Strong proficiency in Canva and/or Figma.
  • Excellent understanding of UX/UI design principles.
  • Great communicator who can confidently liaise with clients and developers alike.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in a digital agency or similar fast-moving setting.
  • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or web development processes.
