As we continue to grow, we are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented App Designer & QA Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This On Site (Only) role blends creative design with project oversight and quality assurance, ensuring our digital products not only look great but work flawlessly.
As an App Designer & QA Coordinator, you’ll play a critical part in both the creative and technical execution of client projects. From wireframing and visual design to testing and final sign-off, you will guide projects through each key stage—ensuring they meet high design and functionality standards.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:- Design intuitive wireframes, engaging UI layouts, and digital assets using tools such as Canva or Figma.
- Work closely with clients to interpret project briefs and create thoughtful, user-friendly designs aligned with their brand.
- Collaborate with in-house developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately across mobile and web platforms.
- Coordinate timelines, monitor deliverables, and communicate project progress to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough QA testing before delivery—identifying bugs, reviewing performance, and signing off on design and function.
- Create and maintain visual style guides to ensure brand consistency across all digital outputs.
- Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously while staying calm, organised, and creative under pressure.
- 2+ years experience in a digital design or project coordination role.
- Proven ability to manage website and/or app development from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Figma, with a strong grasp of modern design principles.
- Excellent understanding of UX/UI and user-centric design methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and development teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to QA and testing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
